I'm Jeff Loftus, a licensed general contractor based in the Black Hills. I've spent my career in construction — from timber framing and custom furniture to full home builds and commercial build-outs — and the one thing I kept hearing from homeowners was the same story: a contractor who stopped returning calls halfway through the job.
