Building to Bless
We believe our skills as builders and remodelers are meant for more than profit. They're meant to bless our community — one project, one family, one home at a time.
1.4% funded · every gift goes toward materials and labor for neighbors in need
"Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain."
Psalm 127:1
A dedicated fund. A growing mission. A hope to one day build for free.
Every project Loft 127 takes on helps fund something bigger. A portion of what we earn goes into a community-blessing fund — money set aside to cover materials and labor for people in our area who need a safe, warm, dignified home and can't afford the work.
Today that fund lets us say yes to the small acts — a repaired porch, a fixed handrail, a weatherized room for a neighbor who was cold last winter. The hope is bigger: a dedicated support network of people who believe in this mission, funding it so that one day we can take on full projects for free — a whole home, a whole family, built or rebuilt on the love of Jesus.
This isn't a side project. It's the point. The craft is the tool; the community is the customer we hope to serve most.
The Fund
A portion of every project goes into a community-blessing fund — set aside to cover materials and labor for neighbors who need safe, warm, dignified work and can't afford it.
The Craft
We use the same hands and the same standard on a free repair as on a custom home. The skill is the tool; the community is the customer we hope to serve most.
The Hope
A dedicated support network of people who believe in this mission — funding it until one day we can take on whole projects for free, built on the love of Jesus.
